Re: Your marketing plan
Dear business owner,
Most marketing doesn’t fail because of bad execution. It fails because it was never pointed at anything. A bit of social here, an ad campaign there, a website refresh because a competitor did one. Lots of activity, no plan and no way of telling what’s working.
Strategy is the unglamorous part that makes everything else work. It means understanding your numbers, like what a customer is worth, what you can afford to pay for one and where your best customers come from, and building a plan around them.
We’ll look at your business the way an investor would: where the growth realistically is, which channels deserve your money first and which can wait, and what success should look like in three, six and twelve months. Then we’ll write it down in plain English, so you and your team can actually use it.
You can take the plan and run it yourself, hand it to your team or have us run it with you. All three are fine. The point is that you’ll know what to do next, and why.
