Your website is the only member of your team that talks to every single customer. It works nights, weekends and public holidays, and for most businesses it’s quietly losing deals.
Usually it isn’t because the site is ugly. Plenty of good-looking websites sell nothing. They lose people because the message is unclear, the page takes four seconds too long to load, the phone number is hard to find, or the button they need sits below three paragraphs of company history.
